Glenda Wilhelm and Anja Pacetti from CRA will introduce this new resource center for individuals and families of individuals impacted by drug and alcohol addictions, mental health issues, and incarceration as a result of those issues and request a letter of support for the proposed Adult Drug Court in Emmet County.  A special meeting follows.
