Hi, fellow UU Book Groupies,
Two reminders.  First, have you read or are you reading the work selected for our next meeting at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28 in the basement reading room at the Petoskey Library?  Yes, the Zoom option will be available via our website.
The selection, or course, is The Heat Will Kill You First by Jeff Goodell.  As of a week ago McLean & Eakin still has copies.  As always, let me know  tforb@core.com) re any questions or points you’d like to discuss at our meeting.
Second, so far i’ve not received any nominations (recommendations, suggestions, etc.) of books for our July 28 meeting.  I’ve nominated one & am considering another, but I’m sure that you all would prefer to have works reflecting your own &/or others’ perspectives.  Non-fiction only.  Please provide the book’s publication date & length, and also a 100-word or so summary of its content.  Please get them to me no later than Saturday, April 20.
So hoping to see all of you on 4/28, if not earlier.  We have a mailing list of some 35 people, but live + Zoom attendance rarely exceeds 8-10.  And The Heat Will Kill You First is both readable & educational re a most important subject.
